2024 24 Hours of Le Mans

The 92nd 24 Hours of Le Mans took place on 15–16 June 2024 at France’s Circuit de la Sarthe, drawing a record 329,000 spectators as the fourth round of the 2024 FIA World Endurance Championship, with teams of three drivers competing across Hypercar and LMGT3 classes following a test day on 9 June; Porsche Penske Motorsport claimed pole position through Kévin Estre in the Porsche 963, but Ferrari AF Corse secured overall victory after 311 laps with Antonio Fuoco, Miguel Molina, and Nicklas Nielsen, marking Ferrari’s second consecutive Le Mans win and its 11th overall, ahead of Toyota in second place and a sister Ferrari in third, with a record nine cars finishing on the lead lap, while United Autosports won the LMP2 class and Manthey EMA triumphed in the inaugural LMGT3 race, tightening championship standings as Porsche and Manthey maintained their respective leads and setting up a closely fought remainder of the season with four races still to run.
